How do I get started with your services? 

To begin, fill out the intake form by clicking here. Once submitted, I'll review the information provided and get in touch with you to discuss your specific needs and provide a tailored quote. To be transparent, my services start at $500 per month for business with 100 transactions per month or less; services can range up to $3,000 per month or more, depending on the services needed and volume of transactions.

What bookkeeping software do you use? 

We work exclusively on QuickBooks Online! It is the gold standard software for SMBs. Another perk of working with Lookout Bookkeeping is that you are working with a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro-Advisor. I understand the software well, so it can be tailored to your needs.

Are there any additional services you offer besides bookkeeping?

Apart from bookkeeping, I can assist with payroll management (while utilizing a third party payroll provider), tax preparation (I do not file taxes; I prepare all that is necessary for you to take your financial statements to a tax professional for that service), budgeting, and financial analysis. I provide comprehensive financial services to support your business's financial health and growth.

How frequently will I receive updates on my financial records?

I typically provide monthly financial statements and updates, ensuring you have up-to-date information on your business's financial status. If you are needing financial updates more frequently, we can discuss what that looks like during your onboarding call.

What distinguishes your bookkeeping services from others?

I strive to work as a partner; outsourcing your bookkeeping does not mean that you will never have to answer questions and work with me.
